Lesson Tuition is only available to persons who are aged over 17 and who hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and who are legally entitled to drive in the UK.
The licence must be presented to your driving instructor before the start of the first lesson or the lesson will not go ahead.
Flying Colours Driving Lessons reserve the right to refuse the use of the car if it is felt that the pupil is not ready for test.
Flying Colours Driving Lessons cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons if your instructor is ill or mechanical breakdown or for a driving test postponed by the DVSA.
You must give Flying Colours Driving Lessons at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a driving lesson. Otherwise you will be liable to pay 100% of the lesson fee.
Where you have pre paid for any lesson (block bookings) but fail to attend or provide minimum notice to cancel the lesson it will be counted as a lesson and taken out of the credit held.
Advertised on the day you book your first lesson will be the price you pay for all lessons until you pass the practical driving test.

The driving school car will always be fully insured for the duration of your driving lessons.
